Uniform mixing on abelian Cayley graphs

Speaker:Cao Xiwang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at College of Science, NUAA. Master's degree from Professor Fan Yun and doctor's degree from Professor Qiu Weisheng of Peking University. The research direction is finite field and its application, and has made outstanding work in difference set, exponential sum, polynomial on finite field, quantum information processing and algebraic coding. His research results have been published in authoritative journals in related fields, such as IEEE Transaction on Information Theory, Finite Fields and their Applications, Design Codes and Cryptography, Science China (Mathematics), etc., published more than 100 academic papers and one monograph. Professor Cao Xiwang has visited Sydney University, Nanyang Technological University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Taiwan Academia Sinica, Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research and Chern Institute of mathematics of Nankai University.In 2010, he was selected as the academic leader of "QingLan" project in Jiangsu Province, and now he is the letter reviewer of National Natural Science Foundation project, member of American Mathematical Society, commentator of American Mathematical Reviews, member of International Mathematical Union, and reviewer of more than 10 International SCI/EI journals. Presided over general projects of NSFC and provincial / ministerial scientific research projects. In 2017, he won the science and technology award of Jiangsu Province.

Abstract:

In this talk, we give a characterization of abelian Cayley graphs having uniform mixing. We show that one can construct abelian Cayley graphs having uniform mixing. Some concrete constructions are presented.
